The immediate area around the holiday home offers many free activities: playground, multi-track, football field, basketball, football golf, mini golf, frisbee golf, petanque, beach volleyball, barbecue hut and outdoor training facilities, all of which are designed to create unforgettable experiences for both children and adults.

Mini golf

There is a cozy mini-golf course close to the cottage, where you can compete against each other to get the lowest number of shots. So take the kids with you and enjoy a lovely day full of play and competition on the mini golf course!

Fitness

Our facilities in the area include functional training, opportunities for running, cycling and good walks so the whole family can be active together.

Soccer golf

The surrounding area includes an exciting soccer golf course, a large grassy area perfect for outdoor play and even the opportunity to play Frisbee outdoors. Let the children play and have fun while you enjoy your time together in nature.

Playground

Our cottage area has a nice playground where the children can play safely and have fun. The paths in the area are designed to be safe with low traffic so that children can explore and cycle safely.

Tranum Beach

The wide sandy beach is surrounded by dunes and seagrass, perfect for families with children. Enjoy good swimming and activity opportunities such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, exploring bunkers and relaxing in the dunes. The sunset over the North Sea simply must be experienced!

Dunes and forests

Visit the Tranum Nature National Park (from 2022) and Tranum Klitplantage (from 1918), with rich wildlife and exciting biodiversity. Enjoy nature with your loved ones in these beautiful and unique areas.

Fosdalen

Experience Fosdalen's healing water (anything is possible if you believe in it) and explore the beautiful heathlands with meadows, blueberries, lingonberries and heath-flour rice. Let your children immerse themselves in nature and create memories for life. There are hiking routes between 2.7 and 11 km in Fosdalen. See more here.

Slette beach

The cottage is located only 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach, 8 minutes from Slettestrand, and 30 minutes from Thorup Strand. Thorup Strand is Northern Europe's largest coastal landing site known from the Danish TV program "Gutterne på kutterne". Experience the living cultural environment when the fishing boats are pulled up onto the beach with the day's catch.
